2023 Conference Registration Form
Annual membership is required for each individual or college/university/other academic institution that will send School Certifying Officials (SCO) to the TACVPO Conference. This membership entitles the institution to receive a reduced conference fee for each attendee and will give the institution the power to vote during business meetings and elections. Annual dues/Membership fee is $100.00 per membership and may be paid online or mailed to our treasurer. Annual membership is from January 1st through last day of December each year.

If you cancel, you must contact Lynette Wheeler by March 1st for refund of registration fees, less processing fee.
